Congratulations to Jordan Berger (BA 2012) and Houston Settle (BA 2013) who won Best Mississippi Narrative for their short film "Tube" at the 2013 Oxford Film Festival. Rebecca Jernigan, featured in the film, won a special jury mention for acting and the Lisa Blount Memorial Acting Award.

Congratulations to Haley Strode (BFA 2007) who is currently starring in the new Nick at Nite series Wendell & Vinnie. Haley plays Wendell & Vinnie's sweet, endearing and upbeat neighbor Taryn. Most recenlty Haley played Marcia Keeler in 2013's Warner Bros. release, Gangster Squad.
